Cutting Classes and Coming to School Late

Date: 10/7/09

If you cut your classes, you will receive detention after school, from 3:40 to 6:15 pm. Each class you cut will result in one day of detention. Do the math: if you cut four classes in one school day, you will receive four days of detention.

If you come to school late, that still counts as a cut. So, if you miss second period (or first period), you have officially cut this class for the day--and you will receive detention--no excuses. If you are late to class four times in a week, you will be spending the next week in Detention after school.

Note: Failure to attend Detention will result in a Principal's Suspension.

The Bottom Line: Don't cut your classes and Don't come to school late.

Period.
